The Skill Enhancement & Employment Center (SEEC) is a community based rehabilitation program in Lexington, Kentucky.  It is an off-site division of Opportunity for Work and Learning, a private non-profit agency.  SEEC provides services to adolescents and adults with physical, learning and emotional disabilities as well as to individuals with barriers to employment.  SEEC's expertise includes consultation with employers, job modifications, and implementing strategies for persons with complex disabling conditions to obtain or return to employment.
